About the Event The National Level Competition on Finite Element Analysis (NLCFEA) 2024, organized by SAEINDIA Southern Section, is a high-level technical contest focused on using simulation tools like ANSYS to solve real-world engineering problems through Finite Element Analysis. Conducted at Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering & Technology, Chennai in early March 2025, the competition offers students from engineering colleges across India a platform to demonstrate their analytical and simulation skills, with a curriculum designed closely around industry-relevant FEA methodologies. Participants are evaluated based on their ability to perform tasks such as accurate meshing, defining boundary conditions, setting up loads, interpreting stress results, validating simulation outputs. As part of the rigorous judging process, finalists undergo rounds of technical tests and practical problem-solving scenarios, guided by faculty and professionals. This competition fosters analytical thinking, precision, and deep technical understanding, preparing students for careers in design, testing, and simulation domains. SAEOU at NLCFEA 2025 We are delighted to shine the spotlight on Team Bhajarang, proudly representing the SAE Collegiate Club, Osmania University (SAEOU). Demonstrating exceptional technical expertise and analytical talent, the team earned the prestigious Best Analysis Award, a testament to their precision in modeling, simulation setup, execution, and interpretation of complex FEA problems.
