The Electric Two-Wheeler Design Challenge 2025 (6th Edition), organized by SAEINDIA Southern Section, is a national-level competition that gives engineering students hands-on experience in designing and building electric two-wheelers. The event focuses on developing practical knowledge in electric drivetrain systems, vehicle performance, manufacturing, simulations, and full-system integration. The competition aims to prepare students for the automotive industry by offering real-world engineering challenges. Participants go through different stages—design, development, testing, and presentations—while also building essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, leadership, and risk management. This platform helps students grow into well-rounded engineers, ready to contribute to the future of electric mobility. SAEOU at ETWDC 2025 Team Acceleron, representing the SAE Collegiate Club, Osmania University (SAEOU), delivered a strong performance at ETWDC 2025. Competing on a national stage, the team secured 12th place overall, earned 3rd prize in the Best Presentation category, and received a ₹3,000 cash award for their efforts. From concept to final prototype, the team demonstrated strong technical execution and teamwork.
